DAMA Occupation List for South-West

Requirements for Sponsors under South-West DAMA

• The business must be actively operating in one of the covered South West local government areas for 12 months.
• Employers must show genuine attempts to recruit Australians called Labour Market Testing (LMT) of 28 days. (LinkedIn or Glassdoor ads)

• The business must offer market salary rates (TSMIT) and proper working conditions.
